ALLEGED COVER UP AT CITY HALL OF HIGH PROFILE DWI?

With all the vehicular homicide and drunk driving arrests and accidents, DWI has been determined a problem here in El Paso. Sources close to the Police Department have indicated that a DWI arrest of a high profile elected official and alleged feeding of the high profile elected official, so that when he "blew" he would pass the breath test, occurred recently.

The source states that allegedly the City Manager was called in and a high ranking police official to help sober up the elected official.
